The Super Falcons are set to confront the reigning African champions in the first leg of the Olympic Games qualifiers at the MKO Abiola Stadium on Friday, April 5th.
In the second leg, South Africa will host Nigeria at the Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Pretoria on Tuesday, April 9th.
The stakes are high as the overall winner over the two legs will clinch a coveted spot at the football event of the Olympic Games.
Udeze emphasized the necessity for the Super Falcons to establish a significant advantage on home turf before heading to South Africa for the crucial second leg encounter.
“It is important the Super Falcons record a big margin in the first leg because the second leg will be tough,” Udeze said on Brila FM.
“They should win by 3-0, 4-0 here then in the second leg they can maybe go for a draw.”
