Jake Paul delivers stunning one-punch first round uppercut KO that leaves opponent unconscious on the canvas

Jake Paul wasted no time in getting rid of Andre August in their fight on Friday night.

The pair clashed in Orlando, Florida, and Paul finished the fight in the first round, as he predicted.

Paul looked sharp early in round one, as he established his jab and targeted the body of August, while mixing in a few heavy right hands.

And before August could make it to the end of the round, Paul unleashed a thunderous uppercut.

August, who had a record of 10-1 prior to the fight, was instantly knocked unconscious as he collapsed down onto the canvas and didn’t move.

Jake Paul insists he doesn’t care about promoting next fight and claims he is ‘already a world champion’ boxer

The referee started the count, giving August a chance to recover, but he was unable to get back up, as Paul was awarded yet another KO victory.

This win brings redemption for Paul having lost the last time he faced a professional boxer in Tommy Fury, but this time around he grabbed the opportunity with both hands.

After the clash, Paul said in his post-fight interview: “I said first round knockout all week, I manifested it and this is the power of manifestation.”

Paul continued: “I said I needed to bring back the old ‘Problem Child’.

“I’ve been too nice with these people letting them go into the later rounds, so I set up my shot and he went night night.”

Immediately after the KO, Paul shushed the camera, and when asked why he did this, the social media star turned boxer explained: “Just silencing the critics.

“Everyone who has something to say about me, ‘Oh, he can’t do this, oh he can’t sell, he’s not big, what is he doing fighting this guy or that guy,’ shut the f*** up.”

Paul went on to say: “I don’t know what I proved tonight, I’m just gonna do me, this is all part of the process.

“The next step towards becoming a world champion and clearly these guys can’t hang with me.

“He didn’t even last two minutes and he’s been doing this his whole life, so what’s next, it’s gonna be even bigger.”

To finish, Paul promised to fight more boxing prospects next and said he is focused on creating ‘one of the greatest sports stories in the history of sports.’
