Wike’s Full Assertion As PDP NEC Passes Vote Of Confidence On Ayu, BoT Chairman Resigns

Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State has insisted that the chairman of the Peoples Democratic Social gathering (PDP), Iyorchia Ayu, should resign his place.

Naija Information earlier reported that the celebration’s NEC handed a vote of confidence on Ayu at its 97th assembly held in Abuja on Thursday.

This was a sequel to a movement by the Minority Chief of the Home of Representatives, Ndudi Elumelu, and seconded by a celebration stalwart from Kwara State, Ishola Balogun.

Additionally, the celebration’s Board of Trustees (BoT) handed a vote on confidence on the Ayu-led Nationwide Working Committee (NWC).

Talking in the course of the commissioning of the Ahoada Campus of the Rivers State College of Science on Thursday, Wike mentioned  Ayu should step down within the curiosity of equity, fairness and justice.

Wike recalled the promise allegedly made by the presidential candidate of the PDP, Atiku Abubakar when he gained the celebration main election in Might.
