West Ham maintains Interest in Terem Moffi

West Ham United are still interested in Terem Moffi despite the striker joining OGC Nice.

The Hammers are said to be in close contact with his agent, and hoping a deal could be done at the end of the season, according to Football Insiders.

West Ham were one of the Clubs interested in the Nigerian during his time at Lorient FC.

The Premier League side reportedly reached an agreement with Lorient, only for the player to turn down the offer and forced a move to Nice in January.

Moffi, 23, signed a loan deal with an option to make the permanent, but West Ham will try to convince the player again.

West Ham remain short of centre forward after new signing Danny Ings, injured his knee on his debut, and faces several weeks out.

It now appears as though they could get another opportunity to land their man at the end of the season, as Moffi is struggling to settle down at Nice, firing blank in his three games for the Club.
