Sporting Lagos to complete home ground in two years - Cole

Sporting Lagos are on the verge of completing their Stadium.

The newly-promoted Nigeria Professional Football League side are said to be building a stadium in Lagos.

The stadium is located inside Landmark in Victoria Island.

Sporting Lagos team manager Oluwayemisi Cole disclosed that the stadium will be ready before the start of 2024-25 NPFL season.

“We are building our own Stadium in Victoria Island.

“Hopefully the stadium will be ready before the start of the 2024-25 NPFL season,” she told DAILY POST in Ikenne during the ValueJet pre-season tournament.”

Sporting Lagos adopted the Mobolaji Johnson Arena as their home ground for the new season.

The club gained promotion to the NPFL at the Nigeria National League Super Eight playoffs in Asaba last month.
