Shekarau guarantees to ship Kano, different states to Atiku

A former Governor of Kano State, Ibrahim Shekarau, on Monday, formally returned to the opposition Folks Democratic Occasion (PDP) after a spell on the New Nigeria Folks Occasion (NNPP).
