Patrick Mahomes’ hilarious five-word reaction to Jason Kelce’s shirtless antics perfectly sums up larger than life Eagles star

Not many people in the world can upstage Taylor Swift.

However, that’s exactly what Jason Kelce did on Sunday as he ripped off his shirt to celebrate brother Travis’ first-half touchdown against the Buffalo Bills in the Divisional Round of the NFL playoffs.

Kelce, who plays for the Philadelphia Eagles, was in a private suite at the Bills’ Highmark Stadium along with Swift and Patrick Mahomes’ wife, Brittany.

Jason was having the time of his life as the Chiefs claimed a 27-24 victory, chugging beers and even jumping into the home crowd to interact with Bills Mafia.

The hilarious scenes went viral and Mahomes has perfectly summed up Kelce’s antics.

“That’s just Jason being Jason,” Mahomes said during an appearance on The Drive radio show this week.

“That Kelce family, man, they live on high energy,” Mahomes went on.

“They’re a family, and they love each other, and they’re going to support each other.” 

“It’s cool to see and that was an all-time moment, but at the same time he’s had a lot better so who knows what he’ll do this week.”

Jason was joined by wife Kylie in the private suite as they left their three young children at home for the evening.

However, the little ones were clearly still watching the game as Jason later shared a text one of his daughters sent to his mother.

“Ellie said, ‘Dads boobs are showing!’ the text message read.

Fans also praised Jason after he was spotted holding a young fan up to the window of the suite so they could wave to Taylor Swift.

He even found the time to stop for a photo with Chiefs head coach Andy Reid’s wife.

Following the win against the Bills, Mahomes and the Chiefs march on to the AFC Championship game which takes place on Sunday.

They face the No.1 seeded Ravens at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore for the AFC title in what will be Mahomes’ sixth straight trip to the AFC Championship game.

Should the Chief beat Lamar Jackson and co, Mahomes will make his fourth Super Bowl appearance in six years as a starter.

A win in the big game would give him his third Super Bowl ring.

If he does make it to Allegiant Stadium on February 11th for Super Bowl Sunday, he will face either the San Francisco 49ers or Detroit Lions.
