Nigeria vs Guinea-Bissau: Simon arrives as Super Eagles camp opens

Nantes of France winger, Moses Simon has arrived the Super Eagles camp in Abuja ahead of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying double header against Guinea-Bissau.

Simon, DAILY POST learnt, arrived Nigeria’s capital on Saturday night.

The winger flew into the country from Istanbul, Turkey, around 7.30pm.

The former KAA Gent of Belgium star was spotted at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja with Olympic Eagles forward, Maxmillian Ihekuna.

Ihekuna is one of the 16 foreign-based stars invited for the Olympic Eagles U-23 Africa U-23 Cup of Nations qualifiers against Guinea.

The Super Eagles camp for the Guinea- Bissau game will open in Abuja on Sunday (today).

Head coach, Jose Peseiro has extended invitation to 23 players for the game.
