am Not high Bro,i disagree as adult for underage african Kid to come to Western world! I’m speaking with experience,u mentioned of being Like Jay Jay,Kanu etc ,what of If he didn’t suceed as footballer and end up in the street as drug dealer or addict etc Like some of the african Kids i see everyday roaming streets of Western world.from 18 yrs is a lil bit ok to go abroad but Not as underage . In Western world for example some Kids start sniffing cocaine at age of 12!
