Kenneth Omeruo Falls with Kasimpasa, Dele-Bashiru’s Goal Not Enough for Hatayaspor

Super Eagles defender Kenneth Omeruo was on parade for Kasimpasa in their 2-0 defeat against Gaziantep in the Turkish Super Lig.

Despite Omeruo’s full game-time presence, Kasimpasa couldn’t turn the tide in their favor.

 

The CB displayed his defensive skills with 2 successful tackles and completed an impressive 72 passes. He also won 3 headers and made 2 successful clearances.

Kenneth Omeruo’s record for the season includes 23 league appearances, one goal, one assist, and six yellow cards.

Still in Turkey, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru scored for Hatayaspor in their Turkish Super Lig fixture against Antalyaspor on Sunday/

Dele-Bashiru’s effort wasn’t enough as his club lost the match 2-1, following a superb comeback from the hosts.

The Nigerian broke the deadlock in the 26th minute, completing a fine attacking move. However, Antalyaspor rallied in the second half, securing two goals to clinch the victory to deny Dele-Bashiru’s team away point.

Fisayo Dele-Bashiru now has six league goal this season, accompanied by three assists, in his 31 league appearances.
