Iwobi’s Late Goal Not Enough to Save Fulham

Following a goalless first half, Wolves swiftly asserted dominance in the second. Rayan Aiit-Nouri broke the deadlock seven minutes into the second half, setting the hosts on the path to victory.

The Wolves’ lead was further solidified when Thomas Cairney inadvertently scored an own goal in the 67th minute.

Iwobi, however, provided a glimmer of hope for Fulham, reducing the deficit in stoppage time after a setup by Armando Broja.
