EPL: It’s theirs to throw away – Ashley Young names team to win title

Everton defender, Ashley Young, has said the Premier League title would be Manchester City’s to “throw away” if they win their game in hand.

Arsenal are currently top of the table with 83 points, one more than City.

However, the Gunners have two fixtures left, while Pep Guardiola’s men have three.

City could also go top for at 24 hours this weekend after they travel to Fulham, before Arsenal take on Manchester United at Old Trafford,

Young, speaking on Monday Night Football, said: “I think if City win their game in hand, possibly it is theirs to throw away.

“Also, they have both got tough games left to play.”
