EPL: Chelsea to sell two first-team players, fund move for Arsenal target, Rice

Chelsea are reportedly ready to sell Conor Gallagher and Ruben Loftus-Cheek to fund a summer move for Arsenal target, Declan Rice.

Rice, who currently plays for West Ham United, is keen to leave the Hammers at the end of the season.

The England World Cup star has been linked with a move to Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City in recent weeks.

The 24-year-old is in the final 16 months of his contract with West Ham United.

According to Football Insider, Chelsea have earmarked Rice as a top target for the upcoming summer transfer window, as the midfielder is considered a leader.

The Blues are prepared to listen to offers for Gallagher and Loftus-Cheek as both midfielders have been linked with permanent moves away from Stamford Bridge since last summer.
