EPL: Casemiro to sign five-year deal at Man Utd, become second-highest paid player

Manchester United are ready to make Real Madrid midfielder, Casemiro, the second-highest paid player at the club.

According to the UK Metro, United will offer Casemiro a five-year deal.

The Brazil international has emerged as a shock late transfer target for the Premier League side, with the transfer window set to close in two weeks.

And the Red Devils have put together a financial package that will turn the 30-year-old’s head.

United have offered to almost double Casemiro’s current salary, which is believed to be around £180,000-a-week.

That would make him second only to Cristiano Ronaldo in United’s wage structure, while the length of the deal would keep him at Old Trafford until 2027.
