The Nationwide Chairman of the New Nigeria Peoples Celebration (NNPP), Prof Rufai Alkali has disclosed the rationale the merger between their presidential candidate, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, and his Labour Celebration (LP) counterpart, Peter Obi, failed.
