Gov Soludo Receives Obasanjo At Anambra Airport (Photos)

The Anambra State Governor, Chukwuma Soludo on Saturday received former president, Olusegun Obasanjo at the Anambra International Airport, Umueri.

Naija News gathered that Obasanjo was in Anambra State to attend a town hall meeting today where Soludo will present his first-anniversary scorecard.

The event is scheduled to take place at the International Convention Center, Awka, the state capital.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on November 10, 2021, declared Soludo as the governor of Anambra State.

The former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) who was sworn in on March 17, 2022, marked one year in office last week.

The event was also attended by the former governor of Anambra State and presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi.

Why DSS Should Arrest Keyamo, Not Peter Obi

A chieftain of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Okechukwu Isiguzoro, has called on the Department of State Services (DSS) to arrest the Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo.

Recall that Keyamo had written a petition to the DSS demanding the arrest of the LP presidential candidate, Peter Obi, and his running mate, Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed.

In the petition letter dated 23rd March 2023, Keyamo alleged that Peter Obi and Datti Baba-Ahmed’s post-election utterances and conduct bothered on incitement and treasonable felony.
