Manchester United legend, Paul Scholes, has continued to vent his anger on the club’s stars after their defeat to Brighton on Sunday.
The former England international lambasted United midfielders, Fred and Scott McTominay, accusing them of always facing the wrong direction.
Fans at Old Trafford were left frustrated with the two players on Sunday as they struggled to contain Pascal Gross, who scored twice inside 39 minutes.
New signings Lisandro Martinez, Christian Eriksen and Tyrell Malacia were also unable to make a difference.
Scholes took to Instagram to express his displeasure, saying, “Thoughts for the week ‘MDF’ [midfield] it’s all about body shape when receiving the ball, too many times facing their own goal and can only play one way.
“Get on the ‘half turn’ for f*** sake and bring your more talented players into the game.”
