Chelsea predicted lineup vs Everton

Chelsea will look to make it four wins in a row when Everton come to town on Saturday.

It’s taken a while, but Graham Potter’s Blues look like they’re clicking and the goal is now to climb up the table and secure some form of European football for next season.

Here’s how the boss could set up for this one.

GK: Kepa Arrizabalaga – Edouard Mendy is gradually approaching a return to action but he’ll have a tough job displacing Kepa.

CB: Wesley Fofana – A call up to the French national team was the perfect reward for Fofana’s excellent performances in recent weeks.

CB: Kalidou Koulibaly – This central role has unlocked Koulibaly, who looks far more at ease with agile defenders either side of him.

CB: Marc Cucurella – What a transformation this has been. After a disasterous first few months, Cucurella has been sensational during this brief winning streak.

RM: Reece James – Illness kept James out against Leicester but he’s back in training and should be ready to go.

CM: Mateo Kovacic – N’Golo Kante might get his first minutes since August off the bench but Kovacic deserves to keep his spot in the starting lineup.

CM: Enzo Fernandez – Chelsea fans are so scared to serenade another manager that they’ve turned their chanting attention to Enzo in the middle.

LM: Ben Chilwell – Such a threat down the left side, Chilwell has been a key part of Chelsea’s resurgence.

RW: Mykhailo Mudryk – Raheem Sterling’s hamstring injury should see Mudryk start again and look to build on his assist from the victory over Leicester.

ST: Kai Havertz – Just whether Havertz plays centrally or on the right is up for debate, but what’s clear is that the German deserves to play.

LW: Joao Felix – Despite being hooked at half-time against Leicester, Felix will likely start again here.
